    Presenters: Dr. Soheila Rostami Dr. Maryam Nazemzadeh Presentation: The objective of this presentation is to educate the audience as to how to not only maintain youth but also to enhance it with both invasive and non-invasive techniques. Free admission

    Book Signing by Ms. Farnaz Kamalian

     

    When: Sun, June 3, 4pm – 6pm

     

    Book signing by Ms. Farnaz Kamalian, author of "From Tehran to Texas".
    Farnaz Kamalian was born in Tehran, Iran during the time of the Shah. Growing up during the Iranian Revolution, she chafed at the restrictions and lack of freedom. This book is the story of her journey from Iran to America and her challenges and observations about both cultures as she learns to live in America.
    The book signing is followed by Q & A
    $25 admission fee- This includes a book and a portion of the proceeds will go to
    Dr. Milani-Center for Health and Human Rights.
    Admission will be collected at the door.

    A-Frame Drum Circle

    When: Mon, June 4, 7:30pm – 9:00pm

     

    A-Frame Drum (DAF) Circle is an opportunity to enjoy a group activity with friends and neighbors. When people drum, they are generally having fun. It is difficult to be in a playful mode and be stressed at the same time. No previous musical or drumming experience is necessary. It's all about FUN, stress relief, and meditation. Cost is $10.00 per person. Payment in the form of cash will be collected at the door.
