Whether it’s an intimate group of 5, or 50 of your closest friends, please consider renting a room at Pars Place. We have plenty of parking, a full kitchen, conference room, TVs, and free high speed internet.
What are the rental fees per room?
Aryan Gallery: $100/hr
Conference Room/Library + Aryan Gallery: $120/hr
Noshirvani Auditorium: $85/hr
Noshirvani Auditorium + Aryan Gallery: $150/hr
The entire Center: $250/hr
Kitchen - add on option: $25 per event

Sunday-Thursday: 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.
Friday and Saturday: 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 a.m.

What are my rental options?
You can rent space from the IACC for a single event or for a recurring event. There are additional discounts available for recurring rentals
Do IACC members get a discount?
Of course you do! Not only do you get a discount, you get preference on the time you need at Pars Place.
All rentals require a 2-hour minimum booking.
